General

What is included in your photo booth packages?

Every package includes unlimited instant photo prints, unlimited photo sessions, a customized photo template designed to match your event, a professional booth attendant for the entire booking, a curated set of fun props, full setup and breakdown, and a digital gallery delivered after the event. Additional features may vary depending on the package selected.

How much do your photo booth packages cost?

Our standard pricing is $450 for 2 hours, $650 for 3 hours, $750 for 4 hours, and $850 for 5 hours. Custom packages are also available — just reach out for a quote.

What areas do you service?

We're based in Providence and service all of Rhode Island, as well as nearby areas in Massachusetts and Connecticut. Travel further out may incur a small fee — get in touch and we'll let you know.

How far in advance should I book?

As early as possible, especially for weddings and peak seasons (May–October, December). Popular Saturdays book up several months in advance.

How do I book?

Submit a booking request directly on the Photobooth or 360 Booth page, or send us a message through the Contact form. We'll confirm availability and send a quote within 24 hours.

Setup & Event

How much space do you need?

We typically need about an 8×8 ft setup area, depending on the booth style and backdrop you choose. A 10×10 ft area is ideal so guests have room to pile in comfortably.

How long does setup take?

We arrive about 1 hour before your event start time to set up and test everything — your booked hours don't start until your scheduled time.

Do you need power?

Yes — one standard electrical outlet within reasonable distance of the setup area is all we need.

Can the booth be set up outdoors?

Yes, with a couple of conditions: the booth must sit on a flat surface and preferably under shade or cover to protect the equipment from direct sunlight, rain, and overheating.

Do you provide attendants?

Every booking includes a professional booth attendant who runs the booth, helps guests with props, keeps the line moving, and handles any small hiccups so you don't have to.

What happens if we need extra time during the event?

Additional hours can be added on the spot based on the attendant's availability and your venue's schedule. Just ask your attendant — they'll handle it.

Customization

Can we customize the photo template?

Absolutely. We design custom templates to match your event theme, colors, monograms, names, dates, or branding. You'll review and approve the design before the event.

Can I choose my own template?

Yes — browse styles on our Templates page and pick one, or send us inspiration and we'll design from scratch.

Can you add logos or branding?

Yes. We can add company logos, event branding, hashtags, sponsor logos, names, and custom graphics. Great for corporate events, brand activations, and weddings.

Do you offer themed props?

Yes — props are included and we curate them based on your event theme. For themed events (e.g. Roaring 20s, masquerade, holiday), just let us know in advance and we'll bring matching props.

Printing & Digital

Do guests get prints instantly?

Yes — instant prints come out in seconds, and everyone in the photo gets a copy. No waiting around.

How many prints do guests receive?

Unlimited. As many photos as your guests want to take throughout your booked hours, with prints for everyone in each shot.

Do we receive digital copies?

Yes — every event includes an online digital gallery with all the photos from the night, delivered after the event.

How long does it take to receive the gallery?

Most galleries are delivered within a few days after the event.

Weddings & Corporate

Do you do weddings?

Yes — weddings are one of our most popular event types. We've covered everything from intimate venues to large galas across RI, MA, and CT.

Do you do corporate events?

Yes — we provide services for corporate events, brand activations, conferences, holiday parties, product launches, and more. Custom branding on prints and the booth itself is included.

Can you match our wedding or event theme?

Yes — we customize templates, backdrops, props, and the overall experience to match your event style and color palette.

360 Booth

Do you offer a 360 photo booth?

Yes — our 360 video booth is perfect for weddings, birthdays, mitzvahs, and corporate events. Guests step on the platform, the arm spins, and you get a cinematic slow-motion clip ready to share. See the 360 page →

Does the 360 booth include a backdrop?

Our 360 booth videos typically do not use a backdrop, since the videos are designed with custom digital overlays and templates — the spinning camera captures the venue around you instead.

How are the 360 videos shared?

Videos are shared instantly through text, email, QR code, or AirDrop depending on the setup at your event.

Payment & Policies

How much is the deposit?

A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your date. The amount depends on your package — typically 25%.

When is the final payment due?

Final payment is typically due before the event date — we'll send a reminder closer to the time.

What is your cancellation policy?

Retainers are non-refundable because your event date is reserved exclusively for you — we turn away other bookings to hold it. If you need to reschedule, reach out as early as possible and we'll do our best to accommodate.
